A generally healthy condition is usually sufficient for tandemflying. Please inform us of any medical conditions that you know of. Your body weight should be within 30 and 130 kilogramms.

Flying and stress don't go well together. So please take at least three hours of your time for this unique experience, as flight departures might change due to varying wind conditions and other factors.

Good flying wheather is not always good wheather for the beach but bad wheather for the beach can be excellent flying wheather!

Paragliding requires a bit of time and patience to make it a great experience.

Take at least one hour prior and 2 hours after your scheduled flight time to make things just as comfortable for yourself as for us.

Weather is the most important factor for safe and easy paragliding. Due to that reason it might occurr, that your pilot changes take-off time or planned flight route at short notice. Great wheather for the beach is not always great weather for paragliding, whereas bad weather for the beach can be excellent for a great flight!

Terms of Transport

1. With the acceptance of the ticket the passenger closes an air transportation contract with the air-transportation company. This contract is governed by Austrian law.

2. We like to advise, that in paragliding accidents are possible, e.g. because of stumbling or wrong reaction during take off or landing. Of course, we try to keep this risk to a minimum, therefore you have to obey to all the instructions given by the pilot during take off, flight and landing. The passenger confirms to be in good physical and mental condition. We have covered passenger liability (e.g. in case of an accident) according to Austrian air law (Luftfahrtgesetz) with AXA Versicherung AG.

3. Personal items you carry with you (e.g. glasses, cameras, mobile phones and othervaluables as well as money) have to be stowed securely. We cannot offer liability forloss or damage of such items, e.g. during take off, flight or landing.

4. The planned flight route, landing site and flight times can be altered by the pilot at any time, especially due to security (e.g. bad weather conditions) or operational reasons, without compensation rights resulting thereof for the passenger.

5. As far as in accordance with Austrian law, you are waiving herewith any claims against the Pilot or the transportation company that exceed the limits of existing insurances that are required by the law.

6. Should any part of this agreement be not applicable in consent with the law, the other parts of this agreement shall remain in effect. No other and different verbal agreements exist to this contract.

7. I have read and understood all previous information given and give my declaration of consent by signing the ticket on the front side of the flight ticket before take off (- underage persons need to have their legal guardian sign the ticket).
